**Kindly book all appointments via our home page - the above button does not work** The consultation dives into your current health complaints and goals around nutritional advice, guidance, dietary analysis, and addressing nutritional conditions and deficiencies. Our aim is to provide you with a realistic and suitable plan that aligns with you and your goals utilising food as medicine. We will email you an Initial Consultation Form for completion prior to your appointment. However, if you are unable to do this, kindly arrive 10mins prior to your scheduled appointment time. If any blood tests have been completed over the last 3 months, please bring these in with you. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Kindly note a deposit is required on all bookings and should a cancellation occur within 24hrs of your appointment, this deposit will be forfeited.
