Child - Initial Consultation

**Kindly book all appointments via our home page - the above button does not work** Throughout the initial consultation of your child, we will investigate their current health complaints, body systems, personal medical history, family history, lifestyle and physical factors, analyse pathology/blood results, complete a dietary analysis together with any relevant physical examinations, such as nail, iris and tongue analysis. BIA measurements may also be completed if we believe they are required. We may recommend that your child conduct further testing if we deem fit. At completion of the initial consultation, we will work to establish a realistic and educational treatment plan and prescription that suits your child. During this stage we will also discuss any clinical findings, timeline for treatment, the treatment prescription and dietary and lifestyle recommendations and the reasons behind why we have found them suitable for your child. We will email you an Initial Consultation Form for you to complete and return prior to your appointment. However, if you are unable to do this, kindly arrive 15mins earlier than your scheduled appt time to complete this paperwork. If any blood tests have been completed in the last 3 months, please bring these in with you. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Kindly note a deposit is required on all bookings and should a cancellation occur within 24hrs of your appointment, this deposit will be forfeited.
